1. Who we are

kelvaroshop.com is operated by Nana lab s.r.l., Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 44, 10123 Torino (TO), Italy, VAT number IT09996640018, email info@kelvaroshop.com. These Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed on kelvaroshop.com. By sending the order form you accept them.

kelvaroshop.com promotes the products and collects the orders. Each order is prepared, shipped and delivered by our fulfilment partner (warehouse, customer service and courier). For any question or request you write only to info@kelvaroshop.com: we handle it with the partner.

2. Products and countries

We currently sell the following products, each only in the countries listed:

The description, technical data, package contents and price of each product are shown on its product page in the language of the country.

3. How an order works

• You fill in the order form with your name, phone number and delivery address. No card details are requested.
• A customer service advisor calls you to confirm the product, the quantity, the total amount and the delivery address.
• The contract is concluded when you confirm the order during this call. If we cannot reach you, the order is not shipped.
• The courier delivers the parcel to the confirmed address. You pay the courier in cash on delivery.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the local currency of each country:

• Croatia: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Euro (EUR). Payment: cash on delivery (plaćanje pouzećem). Legal guarantee: 24 months (2 years).
• Czechia: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Czech koruna (CZK, Kč). Payment: cash on delivery (dobírka). Legal guarantee: 24 months (2 years).
• Germany: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Euro (EUR). Payment: cash on delivery (Nachnahme). Legal guarantee: 24 months (2 years).
• Hungary: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Hungarian forint (HUF, Ft). Payment: cash on delivery (utánvét). Legal guarantee: 24 months (2 years).
• Italy: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Euro (EUR). Payment: cash on delivery (contrassegno). Legal guarantee: 24 months (2 years).
• Latvia: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Euro (EUR). Payment: cash on delivery (pēcmaksa). Legal guarantee: 24 months (2 years).
• Lithuania: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Euro (EUR). Payment: cash on delivery (atsiskaitymas pristatymo metu). Legal guarantee: 24 months (2 years).
• Poland: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Polish złoty (PLN, zł). Payment: cash on delivery (płatność przy odbiorze). Legal guarantee: 24 months (2 years).
• Portugal: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Euro (EUR). Payment: cash on delivery (pagamento à cobrança). Legal guarantee: 3 years.
• Romania: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Romanian leu (RON, lei). Payment: cash on delivery (plata ramburs). Legal guarantee: 24 months (2 years).
• Slovakia: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Euro (EUR). Payment: cash on delivery (dobierka). Legal guarantee: 24 months (2 years).
• Slovenia: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Euro (EUR). Payment: cash on delivery (plačilo po povzetju). Legal guarantee: 24 months (2 years).
• Spain: Aera One wall-mounted electric heater (withdrawal 30 days). Currency: Euro (EUR). Payment: cash on delivery (contra reembolso). Legal guarantee: 3 years.

The amount you pay the courier is the total amount confirmed during the phone call. The only payment method is cash on delivery: we never send payment links by SMS or email and we never ask for card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery details are described in the Shipping Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within the period shown above for each product, counted from the day you receive the product. How to do it and how the refund works is described in the Refund Policy.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Every product is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of the law of the country where it is delivered, for the period stated on its product page:

• Portugal, Spain: 3 years from delivery
• Croatia, Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia: 24 months (2 years) from delivery

If the product is defective or does not match its description, write to info@kelvaroshop.com with your order details and a photo or video of the defect: you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and, where this is not possible, to a price reduction or a full refund. We cover the shipping costs of products returned under guarantee.

Hungary: mandatory guarantee (jótállás). In addition to the 2-year legal guarantee (kellékszavatosság), the products sold in Hungary are covered by the mandatory guarantee of Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.): 1 year for a selling price from 10,000 to 100,000 HUF, 2 years from 100,001 to 250,000 HUF and 3 years above 250,000 HUF, counted from delivery. During this period we repair or replace the product free of charge.

8. Checking the parcel on delivery

Check the parcel in front of the courier. If the packaging is visibly damaged or opened, you can refuse it or accept it with a written note on the courier’s delivery document, then write to us with a photo.

9. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (strikes, extreme weather, courier disruptions). This does not limit your rights under the legal guarantee or under the mandatory consumer law of your country.

10. Personal data

Your data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

11. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of that country. Send any complaint to info@kelvaroshop.com.

12. Consumers in Poland

If you live in Poland, your order is also governed by the mandatory provisions of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta) and of the Polish Civil Code. In particular:

• Right of withdrawal: at least 14 days from delivery (Art. 27 of the Act). On our products you have 30 days.
• Refund after withdrawal: within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement (Art. 32 of the Act).
• Lack of conformity of the goods with the contract: our liability lasts 2 years from delivery (Chapter 5a of the Act). We reply to your complaint within 14 days; if we do not reply within this time, the complaint is considered accepted (Art. 7a of the Act).
• Free help: you can contact the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów), ask the provincial trade inspection (wojewódzki inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej) for out-of-court mediation, or read the information of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection at uokik.gov.pl.

We can update these terms. Each order is governed by the version published on the day the order was sent.
