Where we deliver
We deliver only to the countries where the product is offered:

Delivery is to a home or work address of your choice. We do not deliver to post office boxes.
Order confirmation
After you send the form, a customer service advisor calls you to confirm the order and the delivery address. The parcel is shipped only after this confirmation. During the call the advisor gives you the expected delivery date.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered by courier. The advisor gives you the expected delivery date during the confirmation call, and we inform you by phone or email if there is a delay. By law, delivery takes place within 30 days of the order confirmation at the latest; if it does not, you can cancel the order.
Payment on delivery
You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives, in the local currency:

The amount to pay is the total amount confirmed during the phone call. The courier does not ask for any additional amount.
Damaged or opened parcel
If the packaging is visibly damaged or opened, refuse the parcel or accept it with a written note on the courier’s delivery document, then write to info@kelvaroshop.com with a photo.
