Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, for every product and in every country, as stated on the product pages. The 30 days start on the day you, or a person you indicate, receive the product:

How to withdraw

• Send an email to info@kelvaroshop.com before the period ends, with your name, the phone number used for the order, the delivery address and the product. A clear statement is enough; you can also use the model form below.
• We reply with the return address and the instructions.
• Send the product back within 14 days of your email, complete with its accessories. The original box is not required, but pack the product so it is not damaged during transport.
• Unless the product is defective, the direct cost of sending it back is paid by you.

Refund

• What we refund: the full amount you paid the courier, including the delivery cost, in the currency of your country.
• How we refund: you paid in cash on delivery, so we refund by bank transfer. Write in the withdrawal email your IBAN and the name of the account holder. The refund is free of charge for you.
• When we refund: no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal email. We can wait until we receive the product back, or until you send us the proof that you have shipped it, whichever comes first.
• You can handle the product as you would in a shop to check it. If it shows wear beyond that, we can reduce the refund by the loss of value.

Defective or damaged products

If the product is defective, damaged or different from the description, write to info@kelvaroshop.com with a photo or video. Under the legal guarantee of conformity (3 years in Portugal and Spain, 24 months in the other countries, as stated on the product pages) you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge, and where this is not possible, to a price reduction or a full refund. In this case we pay the return shipping.
